I am a User Experience Designer with a background in psychology and therapy, bringing strong skills in user research, workshop facilitation, and empathic design. I completed postgraduate studies in User Experience Design at SWPS University (2017) and now I am coming back with a refreshed portfolio and a proven ability to connect deeply with users. I am passionate about creating intuitive, human-centered digital experiences.

KTOKOMU
(the bill splitting app)

I co-created KtoKomu, a mobile app that makes splitting and settling shared expenses simple, transparent, and stress-free. The app eliminates awkward reminders and messy calculations by centralizing group payments, automating notifications, and enabling quick, cashless transactions.

Through this project, I gained hands-on experience in the end-to-end product design process, including:

  • User research & persona development – uncovering real pain points through interviews and surveys

  • Customer journey mapping & strategy – translating insights into value propositions

  • Wireframing & prototyping – turning ideas into interactive models (low-fi and hi-fi)

  • Usability testing – validating assumptions and refining the experience

  • MVP scoping – prioritizing core features for launch

This project taught me how to transform an idea into a user-centric solution by combining research, design thinking, and iterative development.
